More news coverage for Con Tìm Mẹ! RFI - Radio France International aired a story about Vietnamese adoptees and families in Vietnam searching for their lost loved ones. The story talks of several organizations whose mission is to aid in these searches and we're honored that Con Tìm Mẹ is mentioned!
"In Vietnam, many channels to support the search for biological relatives have been established over the years, notably the program As If There Had Never Been a Separation. However, due to a lack of operating funds, this program has been interrupted multiple times. In addition, several online platforms have been created to connect people separated by conflict who hope to be reunited, such as the nonprofit organization Con Tìm Mẹ, which compiles DNA profiles of adoptees seeking to reconnect with their biological families. Founded in September 2025, the organization has helped many people find their relatives again, including the case of Guillaume Yperman, one of the children adopted during Operation Babylift."
