Our Team
Our team is an adoptee-led group, all of us adopted during the Vietnam War. We bring lived experience, cultural insight, and deep personal commitment to every aspect of our work.
Our Executive Director and Co-founder, My Huong Le, leads the team from the Mekong Delta region of Vietnam, alongside our Programs Director, Ngoc Vang Lam. Their local presence is essential for conducting on-the-ground searches, navigating cultural nuances, and building trust within Vietnamese communities.
Our co-founders—Huyen Friedlander, Era Goodland, and Jane Joy—each contribute distinct personal and professional perspectives, shaping a thoughtful, ethical, and inclusive approach to family reunification. Our Ambassadors, Jaki Clibbon in the UK and Canh Oxelson in the USA, are themselves adoptees from the war era, extending our reach into Europe and North America, raising awareness of our mission and advocating for Vietnamese adoptees around the world.
Together, we work across continents to provide support, research, and meaningful connection for Vietnamese adoptees worldwide who are searching for their birth families.
